2019 – 2022

I joined GoNoodle in 2019 eager to return to small high-growth organizations and passionate for the mission to support education and turn “screen time” into active time at home.

First, as Vice President of Operations I created proccesses for post-production and video publishing, data compliance and partner reporting, and digital asset management. These foundational projects ensured that GoNoodle was prepared to scale. Later I decided to return to a role closer to revenue and monetization as Sr. Vice President Sales Strategy & Partner Solutions. I pivoted our brand story and value proposition while maintaining dozens of endemic healthcare accounts and growing key partnerships including NFL and Nickelodeon.

2015 – 2019

When CBS Sports acquired 247Sports in 2016, I oversaw integration of 247Sports’ sales assets into CBS Digital Media’s impressive sales portfolio. I trained the sales team and fellow integrated marketing collegues on 247Sports’ audience and value peoposition while migrating the adtech infrastructure and RTB partners.

Upon completion, I accepted a role as an inaugral team member to the Ad Innovations team. We used innovative ad tech to work with site & product owners from CBS News to CNET to optimize revenue and explore areas of growth. Projects included interactive OTT advertising, podcast monetization, and the launches of CBS Sports HQ and CBS All Access (now Paramout+).

Reuniting with the incredible founding team from Rivals.com, I led 247Sports Ad Sales, Ad Operations, and Programmatic revenue streams from site launch through our acquisition by CBS. Through the the early years of programmatic and the maturing years of mobile, I built a team to manage & optimize brand sales, mobile & social monetization, and real-time bidding. Over 5 years I was involved in every aspect digital sales and revenue streams, contributing millions to the business, eclipsing the brand-leading subscription business. As 247Sports added Comicbook.com, Womanista.com (now PopCulture.com) and competitor recruting site Scout to our media group, I formed our sales strategy to align vales of each brand in our media group.

2010 - 2016

HighSchoolSports.net was the perfect opportunity to blend my recent experience at rivalsHIGH and my foundations in digital media at Rivals.com Through HSS.net’s annual product refresh, active rebranding campaign and rapid sales growth, I earned my “masters” in digital media. As we merged with USA Today, I learned product development first-hand creating & deploying a branded module of local box scores for Gannett’s 108 newspapers and news stations.

2008 - 2010

My digital media career began at Rivals.com as advertising coordinator. Supporting a growing team of digital sales reps for ad operations exposed me to every facet of digital media: analytics & audience profiles, ad ops & trafficking, and account management.

When Rivals sold to Yahoo! Sports in 2007, I joined the rivalsHIGH division as a network producer. There I was the primary liaison to HQ for 23 high school sports publishers. Through copyediting, data insights and message board community management, I helped grow subscriptions and refine the sites for a more professional presentation.

2006 - 2008

I am a digital media leader with experience in revenue and growth strategy. My 18-year career focuses in news, entertainment and lifestyle.

Intersections interest me; revenue drives me.

I take the entrepreneurial path no matter how conventional the organization. At early-stage and high-growth companies like 247Sports & GoNoodle, I move easily among disciplines doing whatever it takes to build a thriving business. At well-known brands like CBS, I stay on the cutting-edge of technology and revenue to push the company forward. I find the unique brand value connecting with partners who seek and understand niche audiences.

At home, you can find me in the kitchen dusted in flour from my bread-baking persuits. I adore my sommelier husband Sean, 12-year old son Jack, & curmudgeonly cat Caymus.

Together we love to travel, eat & cheer on the Tennessee Titans.
